Throughout my life, starting from early childhood and continuing into adulthood, I encountered and battled various illnesses. These experiences left me with a profound aversion to doctors, medications, and my old nemesis-injections. Despite this aversion, I have always maintained a strong desire to learn and understand methods for improving my health.

Although I did not want to pursue a career in medicine, my fascination and passion for healthcare and well-being have remained a constant driving force in my life.

I made intermittent attempts to grasp the concept of holistic health, but my efforts were inconsistent due to the demands of daily life. Despite attaining a senior position in the medical

health education industry, I remained unsatisfied in my pursuit. I only applied the knowledge I acquired on occasion and primarily depended on my physician to maintain my well-being.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was on my deathbed, but embracing holistic health not only helped me survive against all odds but also led to a remarkable improvement in my overall well-being. This was despite my doctor’s prognosis, which had given me only about 3-5 days to live.

I was absolutely thrilled to overcome the challenging experience and horrific incident. This inspired me to share the wealth of holistic health knowledge I’ve gathered over the years. While we all know the importance of the body, mind, and spirit in maintaining good health, my in-depth research uncovered and identified an additional crucial element that contributes to overall well-being.
